DANIEL J REILLY & CO., REPRESENTING CLIENTS FOR MORE THAN 100 YEARS

We are the longest established Solicitor's practice in Co. Meath having celebrated our centenary in 2005 and are located in the historic town of Trim, Co. Meath.

The firm was founded in January 1905 by Daniel J. Reilly, a native of Trim, after qualifying as a Solicitor in December 1904. The office was first located in "Wellington Lodge", Wellington Street (now Emmet St.), Trim, where he then resided, later moving to its present location in 1916. He was elected as President of the Law Society in 1939.

Three of his children followed in his footsteps – Marie, Frank and Donal. Marie was the first lady to qualify as a Solicitor in Co. Meath. After serving his apprenticeship in Trim Donal then moved to Dublin and opened his own practice at Manor Street. Frank Reilly qualified in 1940 and took over the running of the practice in 1941 when his father died suddenly at the age of 58. He remained as principal until his retirement in 1996 and was succeeded by his son-in-law, Joseph Curran, making it a three generation practice.

In 1985, a second office was established at Main Street, Enfield, Co. Meath.
